I was arrested, and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery in Pinellas County on a Friday. I called Seth that Sunday, he not only returned my call within minutes, but before the day was out Seth was signed up to represent me. From that day forward Seth took charge, explained every step and all of my options along the way. I opted for the County's domestic violence diversion program for anger management rather than a trial. The end result for me after successfully completing a 12 class program within 2 months is that all charges have been dropped and my case is closed. Seth is now working on getting my arrest record expunged and when processed there will be no record that this unfortunate incident ever happened. What more could you ask of an attorney!
