Wes Straw and Christy did a great job for me. Mr. & Mrs. Straw came to meet with me at my home and understood my feeling on how I wanted to proceed as my personal injury matter was against my next door neighbor. Wes was very sensitive to the fact that I did not want hard feelings between my neighbor, but needed to be compensated for my injuries. All-in-all I had a great experience with them, during a difficult time in my life. I worked most closely with Christy was also very caring about how I was recovering from my injuries, and not just because it mattered to my case.

The staff at Emerson Straw made feel so comfortable and calm during a scary situation. Car accidents bring a lot of changes in your life, it’s scary and financially devastating. Kristy was there every step we took during this stressful moment in my life, even .gave me a hug when I needed. Everytime I call I always get all my questions answered and I'm never made to feel like a bother. The people are always friendly as well and always have the answer to my questions. I've never gotten an I'm not sure/don't know.

I gotta say, this lawfirm is definitely exceptional and the best in the entire state. One key factor is that you do "NOT" get swept under the rug or get ignored. They are always communicating with you and keeping you up to date. From the minute you come in Jenny the receptionist, is very positive and welcoming. They have the best paralegal (Kristy) in the business, she is a beast at her work. Very professional, knowledgeable, honest, caring, and like I said before, keeps communication going which is rare now a day. Matt Emerson is the lawyer and he goes above and beyond with your case, keeps track of how your doing and maintains you up to date. He is very friendly, definitely a pro at his work, and always answers questions you might have. Overall this lawfirm is set apart from all others.
