Promises made, promises kept!!! I was represented by the Emerson Straw team during the most difficult time of my life. I was involved in a near death, life changing accident and Emerson Straw was there for every step of the way, not only physically but more important mentally. This was an extremely trying time and they were there with the support to keep me going. All of the things that go into recovery was supported by this team. Without a clue as where to start or how to navigate through this time Emerson Straw went right to work setting up appointments with amazing dr.’s for a complete rehabilitation. The time that they took to make sure I was able and ready for each next step confirmed how much they cared. There wasn’t a single time that I called this team and didn’t get an answer. Every time I left a message with a question my call was answered almost immediately. I was never in the dark about where we were with my case because there were explanations and complete transparency through and through. This case was a massive undertaking that took the whole team at the office and watching them work was amazing. It was clear how close this office is to each other and how well they work together. Truly exceptional. When that day came when I was represented, all of the hard work that Emerson Straw had done was clear to the defense. I was offered options that were presented clearly and fully explained but before any decisions were made this team made sure that I was satisfied with the outcome.
