Muy bueno y confiable abogado

I went to Mr Moreno with a simple probate for my father Mr Moreno explained since he had been dead for and few years this would be quite simple. Mr Moreno prepared the paperwork while I was in his office. I paid him $750. He said it could take 2-3 months but with Covid possible longer. My check was cashed on 11/20/2020. I waited 5 months before I started calling Mr Moreno’s office weekly. It took him 4 weeks to return my call. He told me in May that he would check with the court on the hold up. If he had indeed done that he would have realized he never filed the paperwork . I was told by another attorney in that office that they were gonna prioritize my case and once filed I could receive the probate in 10-14 days. It has been over a month with no word from the court or his office.
