My husband and I have retained attorney Craig Berman of St. Petersburg, Fla for over 10 years. He has helped us with legal matters with our teenage daughter, storage units, family matters, fisheries-state and federal, vs. The State of Florida where each and every time, he prevailed, and cases have been settled with and sometimes without ever having to appear in court. I can't tell you how impressed I am with his vast knowledge and professionalism. I would HIGHLY recommend this attorney for ANY legal questions or concerns you may have. He is the very best! Berman Law Firm, P.A. was retained to support two cases. One case was a very nasty employment discrimination suit and the other was a severance issue. I wanted to express my gratitude for Mr. Bermans efforts and dedication for each case. Both cases were long and upsetting processes and Mr. Berman was very generous regarding advice, clarity, much needed attention, and time. Mr. Berman put things in perspective and took all the stress out. I am quite thankful that Mr. Berman was there during this crucial time in my life. Never consulted with me when going in for an offer with opposing counsel. Actually ended up siding with opposing counsel behind my back. Berman is sneaky and he's a liar. Does what he wants without communicating to his client. Never prepared me for a deposition, never kept me informed. He didn't do one thing for me except he took a retainer fee and he took 40% of my joke of a settlement that he didnt even earn.

From the time that I stepped into Craig's office, I knew he was the right person to represent me in my Employment case. He was honest, knowledgeable and candid throughout the whole process. He is exactly what I was looking for in an attorney. I was at ease the entire time. His Firm handled everything and let me know if and when there was something I needed to do. Otherwise, I didn't worry about anything and knew I was being taken care of.

My company utilized Berman Law Firm twice in the last three years and they were above average. I have personally dealt with a few Firms over the years and communication is always an issue, but not with them! Mr. Berman has a great gal in the office assisting him, she has always been very sweet and gets me what I need in a timely fashion. Also, when I do get the chance to speak to Mr. Berman he is pleasant, something I am not used to when dealing with lawyers… they are usually so busy and quick to end your call. Mr. Berman never makes me feel like Im "bothering" him. HUGE PLUS!

Mr. Berman handled a case for me. During this time, he was always extremely professional and knowledgeable about the facts and law surrounding my case. Craig went above and beyond for several issues I was dealing with. Had 2 out of my 3 issues dropped and 1 lowered to a fine. Took care of everything in a timely manner and was extremely helpful. Kept his word and lived up to it and beyond! Would recommend and refer him to anyone!

Readers: After spending almost $1,500, my wife and I are very displeased. Mr. Berman said everything was going to go our way. Not only are we out the money we spent towards him, well, it did not go our way and we are out thousands more dollars than Mr. Berman said we would. The amount we paid out was the exact same as before we went to see Mr. Berman. Huh, some lawyer! Everything Mr. Berman said was false and he kept making excuses each time something wasn't going our way. Craig: We hired you to know the ins and outs of our case and it seems that you simply did not review any material. Not to mention you kept giving us info for another case that had nothing to do with ours.
