Attorney Rubin is impossible to get in touch with. During the consultation she made me feel safe, heard and comfortable. Unfortunately after I retained her it took weeks to get a return email or phone call and many times I didn’t get a response at all. She missed deadlines that we set together and didn’t provide updates. She also missed several communications sent to her on my behalf. She took no accountability and I had to beg multiple times for updates for over a week to get one response. I’ve had some bad experiences with attorneys in the past but this has been the worst case. It sucks to pay someone so much money and not feel like you have a partner willing to fight for you. She didn’t keep me reasonably informed nor did she promptly comply with reasonable requests for information. I would not recommend putting anyone else through that feeling of abandonment by their attorney.

Ms. Rubin is extremely knowledgeable inside and outside of her professional parameter. She shares only factual knowledge regarding law as it pertained to the subject matter requested. She shared core knowledge on the questions that were never asked; making her consult more than productive. I say YES to Attorney K. Victoria Rubin!!!
