Highly recommend! I had an AMAZING experience with St Petersburg Criminal Defense Attorneys, specifically with attorney Sean McQuaid. I was in a bit of a panic with a last-minute red light ticket that needed to be dismissed before a looming deadline. After several failed attempts with other lawyers, I reached out to St Petersburg Criminal Defense Attorneys and was pleasantly surprised when Sean himself answered the phone, not an answering service. Wow. His kindness, knowledge, and professionalism immediately put me at ease. Despite the short notice, Sean was able to represent me in court the very next day, and he got the ticket dismissed. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received and would not hesitate to contact them again if needed in the future. Thank you, Sean!!

Grossly and wilfully negligent. Update: She has 3 felony charges in Pasco county now, one for perjury. She was assigned to me by the courts in August. We spoke once on the phone and she hung up on me and blocked my number. She refuses to speak to me and my 3rd jury trial is days away. I've reported her to the Florida bar once, and sadly will have to report her again. She's representing herself as a business (amber Patwell Law LLC) even though this business is administratively dissolved and is illegal to operate in this capacity. She's used her married and maiden name to appear as two separate people on the defunct business as well.
