I worked for Mr. Andrews for a number of years as well as personally used his services for my own needs. Mr. Andrews excels in many aspects of law, but has truly stunned me with his diligence and passion in criminal law. I used his services to assist in fighting a ticket I was given for allegedly speeding in a school zone. Mr. Andrews was able to get the ticket thrown out with one specific question he asked to the police officer who wrote the ticket. I have witnessed him in trial on a case where the State was attempting to give a young man life in prison. He successfully proved the man’s innocence on the main charge, therefore taking the possibility of life off of the table. In addition to criminal law, any case he takes on, I have witnessed him truly caring about the client as a person. This is hard to find in this industry. Peter is definitely a top notch attorney, will give his honest opinion about a case and will do everything in his power to obtain an amicable outcome for his client. Sadly, what some people don’t understand is, an attorney cannot rewrite the law, they take the law, along with applicable court rulings and make a case for their client. Their job is to ensure that the client’s legal rights are protected and ruled upon accordingly.

My wife and I bought a house in Tampa, FL in 2000, and in a later refi with Countrywide, experienced their serious fraudulent activity which led to foreclosure at the hands of Bank of America.. Thanks to Peter Andrews' constant diligent work on our behalf in a suit against Bank of America, (my wife died in Dec, 2017) he has managed for almost seven years to keep us (me) in our residence. He is the most professional and most caring man I have ever met. I would recommend him to anyone who have had, or currently are, experiencing problems that deal with possible foreclosure on their home. Early on in our dealings with him, my wife decided to get a second opinion from one of the largest attorney-firms in Tampa. Time and Time again I've used him from business problems to personal family issues never had a issue he does what he says he will do when he says period if the man says he will be there he is there if he says he is going to look into something he does period and FYI he is amazing in trail.

I retained this Attorney for a Family Law Hearing, the next day; he went on vacation, and did not appear at the Hearing. As a result; it was decided against me. For more than 3 Months after that; I called and emailed him, and he never responded, so I filed a Bar Complaint against him. It took over $3000 in legal fees to correct his Mistake. I would not recommend this lawyer.

I've used Peter Andrews many times excellent lawyer. It took him 2 days to get my license reinstated and it took almost a year, He helped my family with evicting a tenant out of my uncles home, recently helped my family with power of attorney. Overall great person, friend and great attorney. I can't say enough. I would hire him in a heartbeat.

I can't remember who referred me to Attorney Andrews but it was the best thing that happened to me. He tackled one of the hardest counties in Florida and won. He brought my son home to me when he had been given many, many years in jail. Attorney took his case all the way up to other Judges, who proclaimed my son as innocent and demanded his immediate release. I have since referred my nephew to him and he save his future by defending him also. He was able to stay out of jail and just get probation and a fine. He referred me to another attorney when my personal problem could be handled by someone with a different specialty. He is great! He even bought pizza for my family when we had to come straight from work without eating. He really cares about people. He is an amazing attorney!
