I could not have chosen a better attorney. With the Covid a threat and at our age we wanted to make sure our son's would not struggle in the event of our passing. Plus at our age we like to be a little daring lol. He was very thorough and knowledgeable assisting us with our will. Our sons will have one less thing to worry about when our time comes. He had a great sense of humor and answered any questions we had and even informed us of questions we had not thought of. Thank you Robert :)

In preparation of our move from Illinois to Venice, Florida, we contacted Cemovich Law Firm to amend our wills & trusts, power of attorney, etc. While still in Illinois, we sent him our documents and at the same time we closed on our home in Florida. Once we arrived in Florida, all of our documents were ready for our approval. We met him in his office and the transaction took about 45 minutes. Not only is he a smart guy, he's also very nice and funny. He made us feel so comfortable. We highly recommend Robert Cemovich!!!

I would avoid this law office. Sloppy work for routine law documents. Missed several dates, produced nothing and no communication or gave excuse. His website states "You can Trust", if you want to trust that your probably in for a disappointment eventually!
In response to your comment. You didn't even have a draft to us within 5 weeks so your 3 to 4 weeks is not accurate! Additionally, you would send the wrong documents to fill out. And missed several dates. May want to look at what you think your process is something is missing.

Bob has handled all of our personal affairs for almost 10 years now. He really makes it easy on me. He recently just handled a probate for me for my grandfather and now he is getting ready to set up our trust. He handles everything and it has helped me tremendously by taking the pressure of me.
