My partner and I hired Sean to help us get out of our lease with an unscrupulous property owner. We were living in a rental house that was in disrepair and we were dealing nearly every day with an owner, property managers and others who made our lives super-stressful. Even when the property owner lashed out personally at Sean, he kept his cool and stuck to the facts. After weeks of back and forth, Sean recovered most of the money owed to us. It was obvious he put in many more hours than he likely initially intended and more than we actually paid for. We couldn't have been more grateful. In addition, everyone we encountered in his office was kind, respectful and unfailingly polite.

When I signed my lease, I had no idea that the property was about to be sold by the bank. A few months later, I got a notice to vacate. I hadn't had time to save money to move again.
