Wow this guy is incredible!!! I watched him defend a loved one for DUI in a 12 hour trial. It looked bad to me but I knew many things that the jury did not. That’s because this evidence was argued inadmisible. He got 9 of 10 things thrown out. This included incriminating audio and video evidence. Hostile witnesses and testimony were excluded including police. The jury never heard any of this. When the arresting officer got up there he ate her alive. I almost feel bad for the officer just doing her job but she screwed up several times. Marc discovered it all and presented it to the jury. After 10 hours of trial and 2 hours of deliberations the jury Im sure was worn out and had considerable reasonable doubt. 12:30 am NOT GUILTY. I recommend you contact him immediately. The earlier you contact hime the more evidence he may be able to exclude from your case.

I wish there is more than just 5 stars. I just got out of jail less than a few hours and here comes someone to the door, it is an advertisement box hand delivered from this office. My mom and I were scared and like this is crazy way of advertising, looked at it and put it to the side. Was not going to hire a lawyer because I don't like them and they are to expensive (I was generalizing and in this case I was wrong judging them this way. At the time I was trying to work with the public defender. I dropped off papers to them and did not hear back after a week and when I called that is when I was told that she is on military leave and wont be back for 3 weeks and that nothing can get started until the state file charges. That was when I decided to hire an attorney. After looking at the advertisements I always came back this law firm, for 2 reasons they were former state prosecutors and I am unique and that marketing made an impact. Right when I called I spoke with Mr. Sullivan and he told me that the state filed charges yesterday (yet no call from the public defender office). Had the first meeting and boy I wanted to hire them right away, it was like family and not an attorney. The whole team is great, Kearsten and everyone. Although the fee is way fair, it was out of my budget and could not hire at that time. My family decided to help and a week later we hired them, they even started working on the case even bore being hired. Always on top of everything, they are there for you. My case ended yesterday with a great outcome and could not have gotten through this with out you. Thank You, and I hope you hire them, because when you need a defender, hire a prosecutor for your defense.

Russo, Pelletier, Sullivan, & Zachariah is a great Firm. I got a bad ticket and of course was scared out of my mind Zachariah and the rest of his team eased my mind about the whole process. I found myself in trouble with extenuating circumstances that needed to be investigated.
