In the days leading up to the holidays, I was driving home for lunch, not paying much attention to my speed...turns out, I was over the speed limit. My heart sank when I saw the undercover Charger (all too frequent on Tampa Rd.), lights ablaze, speeding up behind me. The interaction with the PCSO deputy was short and friendly, but left me with a sizeable fine. After doing a bit of research and sending an e-mail inquiry, Attorney Blaine reached out to me to discuss the situation and viable options. Attorney Blaine was concise, reasonably priced, and had enough experience with my predicament to make me feel comfortable with a game plan. Within the same day that we first spoke, he had me entered in to his client portal, representation contract sent to me for e-signature, and a notice of appearance/plea filed with the clerk. A couple of days before my arraignment, I reached out to Attorney Blaine to cover a few last minute questions, he immediately answered the phone, confirmed that all of the pieces were in place, and made me feel comfortable. After the hearing took place, Attorney Blaine called me personally to let me know that everything had been concluded just as we had hoped - adjudication withheld, no points, no defensive driving class, and instructions to pay the fine. Mr. Christopher paid attention to details and was very professional/knowledgable about handling my case. He made sure I understood what options I had in case of any alternative outcomes that may be presented. I had such a hard time looking for a lawyer since I recently moved here however, Mr. Christopher made me feel like he understood my situation without being bias and did not make me feel like I was being targeted in any way. I’m Just going to say this Call Chris the Miracle worker ! I dnt have the best driving record by far but Chris somehow never cease to amaze me with how well he works. I never thought I would have to call a law office and say the words, "last night, I was arrested." There's so much to consider when hiring a criminal defense attorney, especially as it relates to a DUI. There's a lot of shame and embarrassment, and I felt as if so many of the attorneys I spoke to were quick to assume guilt. Not Tim Sullivan and Chris Blaine. From the initial phone call, both Tim & Chris were open-minded and willing to listen. They approached the case with a methodic discipline that continuously impressed me. When we were ready to progress, Tim and Chris laid out all of my options, explained the pros and cons of each, and made it very clear the decision was mine to make. When I decided to request the reduction to Reckless Driving, Chris drafted a thorough, persuasive letter to the Assistant State Attorney (ASA). He even went so far as to hand-deliver the letter and speak with the ASA about the case. I'm convinced that this kind of attention to detail and willingness to "show up" was key to Chris' ability to obtain the reduction. I truly do not think this result would have been possible without Chris. I'm incredibly grateful for the work he did. Chris demonstrated time and time again that he will tirelessly pursue every feasible option to get the best result for his client.

I cant thank Mr. Blaine for taking my case on relatively short notice as my other lawyer was nowhere to be found. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome of my case and wouldn't hesitate to Re-hire Mr. Blaine again for any future cases. Highly recommend, the level of professionalism is a 20 star rating.
