Recent personal experience. Called them for an issue I had with a missed court date several years back. The level of professionalism they showed in handling the issue is unmatched. I would recommend them without a doubt. Marc, who handled my case, was straight to the point and very focused on the stuff that mattered. Also, huge respect for the support staff who did an outstanding job on being responsive and giving timely updates.

Recently hire a new attorney from this law firm,the attorney's name Zachariah wade done a spectacular job and we discovered he operates with integrity and gave us updates regarding the case and always made himself available. We highly recommend this attorney for all your legal needs and services.

Best representation and results I could ask for!! I had a VOP warrant in Florida for 5 years for a DUI, because I couldn’t afford the DUI at that time. Did 10 out of the 12 months of probation but still owed a lot of money. I hired Mr. Pelletier and he told me what I needed to do on my part. I got it done, and he got my warrant lifted and I didn’t even have to go to court! These guys are hard hitters, and if you want the best in Pinella’s county at an affordable price hire these guys!!!

To be honest my case was not looking to good but with Timothy Sullivan's & Christina smith guidance I was still able to see the light out of the tunnel. He did a wonderful job helping with my case and get it to the best possible outcome. His professionalize is second to none and I just cannot say enough great thing about him. I received a VOP for a technical violation after I had completed my probation. I contacted Russo, Pelletier & Sullivan, P.A. and was contacted back by Zachariah wade. He took my case. This firm has by far surpassed any legal team I have encountered in my traffic troubles. Not only was this charge extremely significant to me losing everything and possibly going to prison because I had a bunch of priors, Marc and his professional team were able to help me smoothly and also quickly. Hiring him has changed the rest of my life, because now I never have to worry about getting in trouble again for simply even driving to work to make ends meet as a single mother. Not only was I able to obtain my license free and clear after a 5 year revocation. The charge was dropped to a non criminal traffic ticket. Which I didn’t even have to pay due to them being able to use my bond money set forth and I actually got a small refund from the state. I never once had to take a PTO day off and attend court, in fact the entire case was handled by him through telephone conversations and emails. I never even once met Marc Pelletier in person. He literally handled everything for me in-front of the judge. I would not hesitate to use him again. And I will always recommend them to anyone in a time of need. Chris Blaine is your guy! He is absolutely amazing even after months of my case I'll mesage him about things I freaked out about my almost suspended driver's license and he will immediately respond😳.
