This law firm is top notch. Both Marc Pelletier and Tim Sullivan are true masters of their craft. Both attorneys are very knowledgable with the law. Both are also very respected by all of judges in the area. 5 stars doesnt come close to rating this exceptional law firm!

I recently hired the Law Office of Russo, Pelletier & Sullivan for my case and it proved to be a great decision. I spent a few days 'lawyer shopping,' and the fee for their service was around the average cost, but the service was exceptional. Their office was very professional, informative, and handled the case on my behalf every step of the way. This was a stress free experience and the case ended with a favorable outcome. After being referred to by a friend I was nervous about the process but Tim reasurred me that he would be by myside the entire time. He walked me through the steps and made sure that I understood what I was doing. After a while wait, he then proceeded to tell me that my DUI was dropped to wreckless driving. We then had another meeting and he explained to me everything I had to do. He made the entire process seemless which was very refreshing because the whole situation in general was very stressful. I am very grateful to have been represented by Mr. Sullivan and would highly reccomend him to anyone.

I don't know where the person gets that the receptionist is rude. That's crazy! They are really nice, helpful and always get back to you right away. They were very fair in their pricing and super professional. Highly recommended! I was just looking for a probate attorney but unfortunately I don't think they do that.

Pinellas DUI Case Closed Overwhelmed with shock and dismay I felt helpless as the mound of lawyer letters grew to thirty. I knew that I needed help but had no knowledge of the law. That’s when my girlfriend opened up her lap top. After a few days of research and reading reviews she said, “I think this is your guy.” She pointed to the 10.0 rated AVVO profile of Timothy Sullivan. Since many of the lawyers had a 10.0 rating I decided to dig deeper. I read a lot of information. Overall what people had said about Tim seemed more genuine than the others. After spending long questioning sessions at different law firms we realized the clear choice. Having to see in writing that it was “me vs. the state” I imagined 20 million residents against me alone. It was not people that I was fighting, it was a machine. Just as Mr. Sullivan knew that confounded breathalyzer inside and out, he also knew the judicial system machine. He encouraged that system to give me justice by exposing its imperfections. The officer and prosecutor can get it wrong and even a judge can make a mistake. You need a lawyer with experience, logic, and common sense so that they can make sure that you are not steam-rolled by injustice. Tim knew where the prosecutor had been and knew where he was going. Mr. Sullivan was honest, capable, and not afraid to stand up in the court room to unravel every twist and turn thrown by the opposition. Past offences, refusal to blow; none of that matters. Be relentless, fight; it’s a long process and believe in Tim while he builds your case. Do not give up. It took an overzealous police officer to put me on this path but I fought back; evidence suppressed, case closed, because of Tim Sullivan and Russo & Russo. This is your guy. The exceptional supporting office staff played an invaluable role as well.
