No matter what was happening in the court room, Mr. Hartpence acts quickly on his feet to control situations very effectively and efficiently. A complete badass and It is important to feel a connection and understand what your lawyer is telling you, Mr. Daniel Hartpence is a straight-shooter, one man who won’t just be a lawyer someone who won’t sugar coat around what he perceives on this situation.
Thank you for always showing excellent treatment while working with me. Making things feel like it is your priority to make this happen.

These are words that best describe Danny. As soon as we started my case, his intelligence about criminal defense is second to none. He always made me confident about my case and in the end, he got my charges dropped! He is great in communicating throughout the entire process, getting back to you within minutes. I would definitely recommend Danny or anyone in the Clark Law group!

Mr. Hartpence was always available when I needed to talk to him or just needed reassurance in my case. I was facing jail time and he was able to get the charges reduced and with zero jail time. I received the best outcome of my case without going to trial. I highly recommend him as his personal service and knowledge of the law is impeccable and his fees were extremely fair. I was extremely happy with my decision to hire him and he fought hard for my case and for me personally. You will be jumping for joy with this Attorney as I did.

Daniel was one of those lawyers that assures you everything will be ok from the initial consultation, which made me slightly hesitant to hire him. With that being said; this is a lawyer that goes above and beyond to gather all evidence, disprove any allegation that can't be fully vetted, and keeps you in the loop throughout the entire process. I've, unfortunately, had to hire several lawyers in my past and none of them stack up to Daniel. This guy is worth every single penny, and is the reason I kept my license, paid minimal fees, and avoided lengthy out-of-state probation after my DUI.
YOU'RE FOOLISH TO HIRE ANY OTHER DUI LAWYER!!

Hello Everyone,
My Name Is Jason, and I wanted to go ahead and get on-line here, and give Mr. Daniel Hartpence here an EXCELLENT review because well HONESTLY he earned it.
Now here a couple months ago I found myself in the position were I was going to need a lawyer. (Hopefully this never happens to you, however it did for me.) So I was living in the Tampa Bay area at the time, and I wound up with a Personal Injury case. Now mind you I have never been familiar with what to do in a situation like this nor was my case very big and therefore there probably wasn't very much in it for him. Truth be told I was really feeling very apprehensive about the the whole ordeal. So I did what everyone else does when they don't know how/what to do or deal with something, you ask "Google" right!?! Now in doing so this pulled up many lawyers in my area who were "More than qualified" for my case. But nevertheless I called probably about 10 or so attorney's before I actually got a response back. It was Daniel. He was very professional, and prompt with his response. I liked that, it made me feel as if my issues were important to him. Now Mr. Hartpence was like a Pit-bull on my case from that very moment forward. One of the first things he asked me was: "So, are you OK?"
"Now that little phrase, this set me on him. I know its just a sentence, but you'd be surprised on how many attorney's don't care."
So after asking me what happened and listening to my case he proceeded on by helping me Step-by-Step through everything!!! "From Start to Finish!!!" He told me how to deal with, and what to do with my evidence, who I should speak with, and who not to. All the way up to what "was" or "wasn't" possible for my case. He was VERY knowledgeable and available throughout this whole process. On top of that he did all of this Pro-Bono no upfront cost and took payment last. This guy is one of the few Attorney's out there that I believe is in the business truly "FOR the people." And that my friends is how he made me feel like I was "His #1 client!" So just to close this out, we did settle and recover, but I couldn't have done it with out Mr. Daniel Hartpence.
OH YEAH!!
DON'T FORGET --- "WHEN IN A PINCH, THINK HARTPENCE!!!"
Thanks You So Much!!!
Your Previous, and If Necessary, Future Client,
Jason

Danny was the first attorney I called on my list after being pulled over for a DUI. I didn't even bother contacting anyone else because in a 5 minute conversation he had made me feel confidant that he would have the situation handled. Every step of the process he kept me informed and got my DUI down to a reckless. I am so appreciative of the work he has done and I will not trust any other attorney to handle my legal issues. Phenomenal job, made me feel comfortable and unashamed in such a stressful situation. Also, affordable. I know this was an issue for many others I met along the way who were charged an insane amount and didn't get the verdict they were hoping for. Can't thank Daniel Hartpence enough!

My car evidently made minor brushing contact with another car one night in the midst of slow, bumper to bumper, heavy traffic during a fireworks display directly above us. Unaware of vehicle contact, I proceeded to drive home at a normal pace when I received a strange phone call from an alleged police officer saying that I was involved in an accident. I was confused and surprised, so I quickly pulled over to a street light and checked my car and saw no damage (albeit it was night and dark out), and I continued to drive home, as I was almost to my house anyway. The officer told me to come back to the scene or they would charge me with a hit and run felony. They said if I drove back to meet the police, that they would not move forward with the felony. You want to talk about a lady being scared! I called Danny Hartpence immediately and he gave me specific instructions NOT to go back, but to stay at home. It was a trap to try to get me on DUI charges, as the officer assumed I had something or other to drink that night. The next thing I knew, someone was ringing my doorbell! I was alone at home at night and very scared after several bullying and threatening phone calls by 2 different officers, but Danny told me not to answer the door. It was a Cop! Geez, they are relentless! Over a little bit of paint missing on my bumper that I didn't even feel, probably because of all of the explosions from the fireworks going on at the same time that this allegedly happened! No one was hurt, it was a minor misunderstanding. After looking at my car inside of my well-lit garage once I was home, I saw what appeared to be a 2-3 inch brush of dark paint missing on my corner bumper, but no dents. The bumper was black under my dark green paint, so that must have been why I didn’t see it when I pulled over. For all I know, someone else made contact with my car while driving along gazing at the fireworks above our heads. But I had no proof at that point. Not only did I avoid any chance of a DUI by listening to Danny's advice and not driving back to the fireworks location or answering my door when a cop showed up, BUT the original charge of "Leaving the Scene of an Accident" was reduced down to a fine for "License not Carried or Exhibited", with a $116 fine that was comparable to a parking ticket, for the entire incident. Danny went to court for me and I ended up with No points, No criminal charges and merely a small fine. I didn't even have to show up for the one pretrial hearing where the whole thing was settled and finalized. I had a clean record without a blemish, which helped a lot I’m sure. The police knew that when they did their background check before they even called my cell phone. They saw the opportunity to use scare tactics, and believe me, they tried. I am a law abiding 50 year old woman, and a single mom of a 10 year old child. I started my own business, working hard every day to live a respectful and upstanding lifestyle. I now know that police officers are out to bring you down, ruin your life, and create a catastrophe out of a minor mishap. I can’t believe the lengths they went to, to bust me for something so minor! They will lie to you, scare you, tell you that you are being charged with a felony, and do whatever they can to mislead you so they can get a DUI out of it. Even if you only had a few glasses of wine over dinner. The Police don't have to tell you the truth, as it turns out. They are allowed to lie to you and say anything they want in order to get an arrest. Be careful! The cops are not out to help, protect and serve. They are out to "police you", and arrest you. Danny Hartpence gave me solid advice over the phone that saved me. He assured me that he would not let the police bully me and that he would get all charges reduced down. He did exactly that and the whole thing evolved exactly the way he said it would. Danny’s number is in my phone, and it’s the only number I will call if I ever need help again! Thank you Danny!
