Jake is the best!

Jake is my go-to for all things criminal, family, traffic, and consumer debt law. He got a medical debt matter resolved for me quickly and painlessly, and was excellent at communicating with me through every step of the process. He has also helped countless friends of mine with both civil and criminal cases of their own, and they all have similar things to say about their client experiences.

I retained and utilized Heather for my divorce back in 2019 and had very few issues with getting things done. Some minor communication issues (ie: no response to emails or calls) occasionally. I rehired Heather in Feb 2021 to modify custody due to some pretty major concerns and address child support issues. Since then, I’ve had headache after headache trying to get my issues resolved. There has been weeks and months with NO response to emails with questions. I would cc her paralegal and still no response. Several times I would express my frustration and still, lack of communication. I finally requested that she withdraw from my case and now I am a year and almost $3,000 in and NOTHING has been resolved. It’s very very frustrating. I’m not sure what changed in the year between using her services for divorce and then re hiring for custody changes but I feel very frustrated and disappointed. I hope no one else has this experience.
