Mr Jenkins took my insurance case on a contingency with a highly successful conclusion. My insurance company initially rejected my claim because they attributed the damage to wear and tear and not to any claim related cause. But they were no match for my Mr Jenkins and his highly talented staff. Mr Jenkins had his own experts make examinations and knew he had the law on his side and how to counter the insurance rejection. Ultimately we settled giving me more than enough to complete the repairs.

Jim and his took were incredibly helpful and informative. As my first time dealing with a legal matter and not truly having the time to deal with it with out it hurting my daily schedule going to Jim really helped out! I was referee to Jim Jenkins when I got arrested for a DUI charge with an open container ticket. Throughout the case he kept me in the loop and let me know of any new updates or problems. At the end of it he got me the lower possible fine and punishment allowing me to get off of probation the same day as the court case was closed.
