What a breathe of fresh air. Tim and Christina are beyond wonderful. They exceeded my expectations in aiding to resolve a detrimental situation. When all other lawfirms turned me away Christina and Tim took the time to listen. They even took extra time to help me to understand the laws and my rights, what steps needed to be taken moving forward to ensure the best, ideal outcome. They're knowledgeable professional and so kind! My stressful, overwhelmingly, very confusing and concerning situation was not so heavy after consulting with this team. They lifted such a weight from my shoulders. Allowing me to breathe easily again and providing me with peace of mind. The level of communication and professionalism is bar none. The genuine compassion and willingness to assist with my unique needs and situation was truly a blessing. Mr. Sullivan is the ONLY attorney to represent you. This was my 2nd DUI. This DUI also involved me hitting a car. Mr. Sullivan worked diligently and professionally representing me. He is an expert with laws! Mr. Sullivan was empathetic with my situation, but, does not sugar coat the facts and the law. He was able to get my probation cut in half. He requested that the judge allow me to go on a pre planned out of town trip. That request was granted. My court date went smoothly as Mr. Sullivan explained everything that would happen in the court room. Knowing this information allowed me to stay calm. I also would like to thank Mr. Sullivans assistant Christina. She was by my side throughout my journey. I hope that you never need an attorney...but if you do... I made the right choice when hiring Marc Pelletier & Timothy Sullivan to represent a family member. They were super professional, prompt to respond to all my questions. I never thought I would have to call a law office and say the words, "last night, I was arrested." There's so much to consider when hiring a criminal defense attorney, especially as it relates to a DUI. There's a lot of shame and embarrassment, and I felt as if so many of the attorneys I spoke to were quick to assume guilt. Not Tim Sullivan and Chris Blaine. From the initial phone call, both Tim & Chris were open-minded and willing to listen. They approached the case with a methodic discipline that continuously impressed me. When we were ready to progress, Tim and Chris laid out all of my options, explained the pros and cons of each, and made it very clear the decision was mine to make. I was going through the legal portion of surrogacy and needed representation for a gestational surrogacy agreement and I had Timothy Sullivan hired for me. And I am so glad I did. The other lawyer was trying to write our agreement in the most unconventional way. Not only did Timothy catch that the agreement was not right, but he pushed for it to be written properly. Timothy knows his surrogacy law and is a top professional. He also has his own personal experience in the area as well. On top of all the other positives everything on his end was done in a super timely manner. If I ever do this again I will be hiring him a second time.

Tim Sullivan is, by far, the best DUI attorney out there! I had a prior DUI with refusal of breathalyzer in 2007. Got pulled over again in August 2019 and refused breath test again which is an automatic loss of drivers license for 1.5 years, which I did not know at the time. I only lost my license for 6 months! This firm is very thorough and goes over all evidence fully before representing you in court and will get the very best outcome for their clients. I’m so glad I chose them!!

I was arrested on 1/04/19 for speeding for Speeding and Dui. I hired Attorney Tim Sullivan and he took charge right away. I did not have to attend court till the last day because he got my Dui reduced to a wreckless driving. He also walked me through the whole process. I interviewed a number of attorneys before making a selection. All of the others gave me the impression that they would "just walk me through the process". With Tim, I felt he was truly on my side and would overturn any rock to find a positive resolution to my DUI case. That is exactly what he did. He won my Administrative Review Hearing and he got my DUI case reduced to Reckless Driving. As I told Tim, I don't think I would have gotten these results with any other attorney.
