Get a second opinion on the title work, someone that will be transparent. This company picks and chooses what they think is relevant information on the title work. If they choose not pull the title work they just list it as an exception, to keep the deal going through.

They live up to their name. Danielle, Christine, Mollie and Amber are extremely passionate and detailed with their work. They’re also extremely considerate of everyone’s time frames. They managed to close our transaction within 3-4 hours, and were extremely thorough during the process - never seen anything like it.
