An amazing team to work with!

If you haven’t worked with Chris, you need to! I’m in the real estate profession, and Chris came highly recommended from a mutual colleague. From the start, Chris was extremely honest and straightforward, qualities that I highly value these days. He took the time to listen to my situation, come up with creative and powerful solutions, and ultimately saved my side a significant amount of money. The man is a genius and fantastic at his profession. I’d give him 10 stars if I could and will happily recommend him to anyone and everyone.

We closed a deal with this title company and unfortunately there was too much miscommunication between the different teams. Their software “Qualia” was down and the communication via email was very messy. We were supposed to do a double close to conceal our assignment fee but someone at the title company disclosed info they shouldn’t have. Andrea Abercrombe acknowledged that they accidentally sent an email to the wrong person. Also, they have no way to process an earnest money deposit online all while their Qualia system is malfunctioning as well. We did not have a good experience.

The client relationship that I have established was amazing.My experience was excellent, there was several, report that was totally outdated. First of all my conversation was well managed, I got directly through the individual that help me step by step Elizabeth " Lizzie" one of the paralegal of the firm,(Bosslaw ) insured me that she will walk me through the process, to my amaze she did. It's like cleaning up unnecessary paper trail that was outdated. She also sent me a self address envelope to dispute or remove outdated information on my credit report. I call because someone fraudulently was using my information and order to be funded by the covid relief funds for a business loan.. Lizzie also went into the system and completed a report on my behalf of forgery activity. It might seem simple to most but as a person of age, it is a relief to know someone out there love their job. Most of all she is a people person. After I send information to Experian , to dispute fraudulent activity few days later it was removed off the report, case close. I'm yet waiting for any information . I truly believe if there is an issue of legal matters again I can pick up the phone and call Lizzie .It's just a matter of reopening the case. I contacted Boss Law due to some issues with a creditor and felt very uneasy sharing my information or even discussing the situation over the phone with anyone. Maybe it's because there was more than they could handle. But I missed out on selling my house in June due to them handling everything for the buyer. Paperwork was not in in time and they had to request an extension. Buyer backed out 6 days before the new closing date. Now here I am paying for two home with no choice due to military relocation. I will say the people were friendly and professional when it came to phone conversations
