I was trying to buy new construction in St. Petersburg, FL and was looking for a real estate attorney knowledgable in the local market. Given the crazy real estate market, the builder only gave me a few days to review and decide if I was interested in proceeding. Chris made time out of his busy day on short notice to spend the time to review the contract and help me decide. He is knowledgable, friendly and generous with his time. Do not hesitate to use his firm for real estate closing, or other real estate needs.

And they know what they are doing. Never think that you need to just accept the illegal deeds of companies because you think they're too big. I had an issue with a large collection company, I wrote letters, challenging their numerous entries on my credit file. They ignored my requests, and completely blew me off time and time again. Frustrated and angry because their lies were impeding my financial success, and causing me to be turned down for lucrative employment. I found Boss Law. I called the Boss Law Firm on a credit rating issue I was having. Had my initial call with his Paralegal Lizzie...she was terrific! After Lizzie gathered my info and ran my credit reports she transferred me to Chris Boss the Principal. Chris spoke with me at length about my issue and although my issue did not rise to the level of needing to engage his services, Chris offered actionable advice for me to take on my own. I am a small business owner and rarely am I treated as well as I treat my customers. Chris FAR exceeded my expectations for a cold call to an attorney. If my credit rating issue is a FCRA actionable issue I will speed dial Chris and engage him promptly.

Great office, very knowledgeable attorneys. I called in looking for someone to assist us when we were trying to close on a home and had gone through multiple extensions. They went above and beyond to help us even when our closing was happening elsewhere.
