Marc Plotnick helped me during the most difficult time of my life. In fact, he possibly saved me from a lengthy and grueling prison sentence that would have been pointless. During a manic episode (look up 'bipolar mania" for more information), I had an encounter with law enforcement in Florida. Given that one of the most common symptoms of mania is paranoia, I didn't believe the officers were truly "officers," and thus resisted arrest. A public defender would not have had the time or background info necessary to defend me properly. Thankfully, my former partner contacted Marc on my behalf, and he got my sentence reduced. After a brief probationary period, the case has been dismissed and soon will be expunged (removed from my record), which will allow me to apply for jobs without fear of the past coming back to haunt me. Marc kept me and my family informed of the case progress at all times and even accepted calls during the Thanksgiving holiday to ease their concerns. He has treated me with respect at all times and does his best to prevent the necessity of me being present for proceedings (which is a big perk since I live in Tennessee and would have to take a flight). I highly recommend Marc Plotnick Law, because I doubt any other attorney in Florida could have done a better job and I'm thankful for his incredible service (the same applies to his legal staff, who always answer emails and phone calls very efficiently).

Anyone who has ever been through the Pinellas County Court System, knows the process can be scary, confusing, and intimidating. Unfortunately, I found myself involved in such proceedings on a couple of occasions. I reached out to Attorney Marc Plotnick and from my personal experience Mr. Plotnick has been a beacon of light through dark and stormy times which had the potential to create negative life altering consequences. I found myself in need of an attorney late on a Sunday afternoon, as I needed representation at the arraignment the following morning. I contact Attorney Marc Plotnick, just hoping he would get the message in time to contact me back. To my surprise, he answered his phone and was able to be by my side in court the following morning. I had very little hope and felt I would be incarcerated until the hearing. Mr. Plotnick was able to speak to the State and the Judge and persuade against revoking my bond but instead have the Court Release me on my own Recognizance. After my release, Mr. Plotnick began to work vigorously on my case, staying in constant contact with the State and myself to resolve the matter promptly without time consuming and costly litigation. The results Attorney Marc Plotnick was able to produce far exceeded my expectations!! Mr. Plotnick was able to provide quick resolve, treated me as an equal, and provided personal counsel to help me find ways to prevent from finding myself in this type scenario again. I am a person who generally does not trust lawyers; however, Marc came highly recommended and since I was new to the area I didn't know where else to go. Turns out Marc and his staff were better than I could have ever expected. Marc really cares about his clients as opposed to just making a quick buck.
