John Gerding was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughtout the entire process. They made the experience very pleasent and it was completed in around 3 months.

I recently hired Bolliger Law Group for a mechanical problem with my brand new Nissan Maxima Platinum. I took it to the dealership to have fixed over 6 times. The problem persisted. I did not know I had options until I called Bolliger Law Group. What a relief !!! I initially spoke to John Gerding, who was VERY knowledgeable, and helpful with details about the process to have my car repurchased by the manufacturer. The whole experience was very professional and was completed in around 2-3 months. (based upon my case - others may vary). I got the new car loan paid off, and a substantial portion of my down payment back! I just bought another new vehicle few days before turning in my Maxima to the dealership. Very pleased! :-). These folks at the law office are very nice, professional and knowledgeable!

Whether you have a question or a genuine problem - Mr. Bolliger has a wealth of information concerning state lemon laws. Additionally, he is very well versed on the Federal Law that covers lemon vehicles. In some case, the Federal route offers more protection and resolutions than state laws.

I email Mr.Bolliger and he quickly replied that he didn't handle such my case . But he did refer me to a great Attorney that did. Definitely one I'd keep in mind in future if needed.
