Howard set up my Corp / LLC paperwork. I'm a sole owner more interested in legally protecting my private assets, over my very small company assets. There are underling legal situations in the state of Florida that were brought to my attention, and covered fully in how my business was set up. It was even questioned by my accountant as being the "hard way of doing it" on a tax level. Their questioning did nothing but make me more comfortable and very satisfied that my private assets are well protected in case something happens.
