My granddaughter is helping me out with computer stuff. I didn't know what to say in a review, so she said tell em 2 or 3 things that you like about him. 1) He was friendly. Said hi to people and people always said hi back. 2) He talked to me, not at me! And, 3) He knew what he was doing. St. Petersburg Real Estate Attorneys helped me with the closing on my home. It is shocking how much information is in each document. And how many places you have to sign or initial, and you are supposed to read it all before signing! But you can't - you would be there all day. My lawyer, Andrew Pardun, made sure I knew everything I was signing. If I had questions or something didn't make sense to me, Andrew would answer all my questions, and continue to explain until I understood. And never did I see or sense any sign of impatience. The day I signed the documents was an all-around very good day!
