I originally contacted Wil in 2016. Over almost 5 years, Wil and his team have made sure I was well cared for since my accident. If my needs were not being met Wil made sure to make me a priority. As a Social Worker, I did not come to Wil understanding the process of a law suit. Wil was able to explain all the processes and accommodate my extremely busy work schedule. At one point, I needed to see a member of Wil’s team in person (Melissa), and due to the circumstances they were willing to meet me in the field to accommodate my schedule. Although it was not necessary, I very much felt valued by Wil and all his staff. Wil and his staff are respectful, professional, and understand your time is important. At the time of settling my case, Wil made sure I would have enough monetary coverage for future surgeries I will require in my lifetime.
