I can’t express enough the proficiency and professionalism of the office staff from Wil to reception. He was always available to answer any questions regarding my car accident and what the next steps would be. Also, a big thank you to Melissa who answered all my emails so quickly and was so nice after I repeatedly asked some of the same questions every few weeks! Over a year ago, my son and I were in a terrible accident due to a negligent driver. We were both injured in the crash and I sustained permanent injuries as well as a totaled vehicle. As a working mom with children in school, it was extremely important for me to have means of transportation. Melissa assisted me from the very beginning.
