When I was ready to sell my house, I learned there was a lien on the property. So I called St Petersburg Real Estate Attorney and met with Andrew Pardun. Andrew was easily able to track the lien to its origin and was then able to negotiate a settlement that both parties could agree on. Without Andrew's experience, knowledge and tenacity, I would never have been able to sell the house for a fair price, and move on with my life. Thank you Andrew for your amazing work!

My daughter and I were in a bad vehicle accident; Sean came to my house for a consultation as I was not able to travel yet. Through the entire process he and Taylor were quick to respond and always available to answer any questions. He even handled MY insurance who was slacking on their responsibilities. I would recommend this firm to anyone with a personal injury case. Specifically Sean McQuaid and Taylor are a great team.

Sean is a solid guy and a great PI lawyer. I had a bad experience with a car accident and he was able to straighten it out for me. The ladies in his office were also really nice and everyone cared.

Never use a title company again! Call Andrew Pardon. I've sold several houses and my experience with him was far better than any title company. Using an actual lawyer to handle the closing was actually cheaper and done faster than any title company that I've seen. Thank you to the team.
