It's never a great thing to need a lawyer but I have been fortunate enough, when the need did arise, to find Ben Deberg. Unfortunately, I have had the need numerous times to hire Lawyers in Pinellas County and Ben is at the very top of the list in regards to being Professional, Caring, Knowledgeable and Responsive to all issues and questions that arose during my engagement with him. He gets Results and is well respected by Judges and other Lawyers. He is affordable and more than earns whatever fees might be assessed. Mr. Deberg did an amazing job with my case. He is accessible and compassionate and very good at what he does. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so. Even years later, I had a question about my case because of a clerical error the court made, and Ben took my call personally. He remembered me and asked me how I have been. He is, hands down, the best attorney I've ever encountered. He got a 1st degree felony reduced to a misdemeanor with one day time served. He really truly cares and does this job for all the right reasons. I highly highly recommend him and believe that it's a mistake not to hire him!

Was referred to Atty Deberg. A major display of brilliance, excellence in the courtroom! He did not disappoint! My Godson was facing 25 to life. Atty Deberg commanded the courtroom from start to finish, presenting the case with very evident knowledge and confidence. After a brief deliberation the jury came back with a victorious not guilty verdict. Hire him! He delivers! I would not chose nor recommend any Atty over Ben Deberg! He did that. Big time!
