It's about time I got to work with a good personal injury lawyer for my case. This is the third or fourth one so far.

I understand you weren't able to represent me because I was clearly at fault but i learned my lesson that i need to be more careful. My mother has had some bad luck and was in her second car accident about 8 months ago in the last few years and was hospitalized both times also needing surgery. The first time we went with Morgan and Morgan because we saw them on TV all the time and that they wouuld be the best choice for a lawyer for car accident. They seemed to do a good job as they got her some settlement money, but the communication with them just always seemed distant. After deciding to go with a new choice this time, we decided to give this firm a shot. Everything just seemed a lot more fluent as far as communication goes from the get go. We deallt with Matt Dolman who was extremely personal, knowledgable, and understanding of our concerns. Not only did he give me his perosnal cell phone number, but he actually came to Bayfront hospital to visit my mother after one of her surgeries. Talk about going above and beyond! And to add to that the settlement he got for us was nearly triple of the one we got from the first accident. We couldn't be happier! And as nice as the money was, it was really just a refreshing experience being represented by Matt and treated with the care we were given. If you need a lawyer this is the firm i'm telling you!

I like the professionalism, welcoming environment and how nicely the office was set up. They def. make you feel comfortable when walking in to discuss something with them, which is good because most people comign to see a personal injury lawyer often have to have a difficult conversation.

Some driver who was texting and driving went through a red light at 5th Ave N. and 34th St. N. and clipped the back side of my car. I went flying across and ended up hitting another car. Fortunately we all were okay and there was no really bad injuries. But still ive been seeing a chiropractor and getting physical therapy for a neck injured I suffered. This happened almost a year ago and the case just settled. The insurance company was constantly low balling me and if it wasn't for Matt Dolman going at them full force, i likely would have recovered a lot less. Thanks to Matt, I recovered almost the policy max and am content with that. But, everyone out there needs to know how dangerous texting and driving really is. That could have been much worse. Thank God it wasn't.
