My experience being a client of Daniella Rivera's simply exceeded all expectations at every turn. Her communication throughout was excellent. I broke my arm last year when I tripped on a construction fence support that was projecting out onto a side walk. The support was not clearly marked and the entire area had potential safety issues. I could not be any happier with this team. Not only did Brad get me a settlement that would make me happier than ever before but him and his staff treated me like family. I sustained a traumatic brain injury and suffer lots of restrictions and difficulties but this team made me feel like family. No matter how many times I would call and ask that me questions over and over because of my memory loss they had no issues with repeating every single thing they told me. Over and over and over again, even calling their personnel cell phones while they’re off of the clock, never a problem for them. I could not. Be any more pleased with this team. He has very knowledgeable workers under him, I can remember calling Leann about almost everything sometimes just to talk about things that have absolutely nothing to do with my case. Never a problem for anyone in this firm to talk to me and repeat themselves over and over and over to me, even when I get annoyed of forgetting and I get mad at myself they would calm me down and remind me of what I have been through and that it’s alright. Then repeat themselves again. I have never felt so much like a family member from someone else.

Once the ball got rolling I had a wonderful experience. When Dane Heptner took on my case, things happened very very quickly. This man did not dilly dally around with the insurance companies and those insurance companies can be vicious. In the end, everybody walked away satisfied with the end result. The firm is wonderful overall but I would specifically recommend Dane. He is full of tenacity and helped me out every step of the way.

I would give 10 stars if I could. They were responsive to my questions and explained everything in detail. They processed my case as quickly as possible. I would definitely use them again but hopefully I won't need to. :)

Being in an Automobile accident is Horrible, you can Lose your Car,Apartment and possibly your Job that pays for everything i mentioned. Unfortunately i was involved in 2 accidents, and I was very fortunate to be referred to Salter, Healy, Rivera & Heptner. I was injured in an multi-car accident, January 2022. I had never been hurt in an accident before; so I was clueless and somewhat overwhelmed about having to navigate the insurance claims process. I initially thought I would go it alone, but learned quickly it was probably not in my best interest to communicate with insurance companies without having proper counsel. Salter, Healy... was 1 of 2 firms I was referred to by one of my doctors. I'm glad I chose to contact them first. I called their office on a Monday night; by Tuesday I had representation. Throughout the process; I was able to go to my treatment appointments with the peace of mind of not having to deal with both mine, and the other parties insurance companies. They were able to get all of my medical treatments covered and I received a settlement as well. I'm very satisfied with the service I received from this firm. Be blessed!
