Lucas Fleming is a gifted attorney having great success with criminal cases over the last 20+ years. His experience actually trying criminal cases in Pinellas separates Mr. Fleming from most other criminal defense attorneys. I was told my son may not make it when he was taken to the hospital for alcoholism. I knew if he did live that he needed to go into treatment but would probably say "No" since he had never wanted to go before. Mr. Fleming recommended I file a Marchman Act Petition which I did. He was ordered to go into treatment by the Judge and reluctantly did so. He has been sober for 6 months now and just got released for treatment. He looks so different from how he looked so close to death in the hospital. I don't know if he will stay sober, but I do know that he is alive now and I thank Mr. Fleming for representing me. I would not know what to do if it were not for his guidance. I am writing this to help others know that there is a way out when you have someone close to you dying right before your eyes because of their drinking and are in complete denial that the disease has taken over their life. Mr. Fleming can help you. I don't know what I would have done without him.

When I was looking for an attorney, I wanted someone who would go all the way for me if I had to. The Fleming Law Group did that and more. We went to a hearing and won. My case had a lot of witnesses with as many allegations. They picked the other side apart showing their story was not right. It was very emotional and I feared that I would lose my gun license if we lost. They stood by me and did not give an inch to the other side, which made me feel good about making the decision to fight this case. I know without them it might have been a different story. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a law firm that will fight for them.
