I called to make a payment on a debt I owed so they are debt collectors so some people might rev based on not wanting to pay and I would have give 1 star and a bad rev if I only spoke to the first person. I am trying to pay what I can and the 1st Person I spoke To and I won't give his name because maybe he was having a bad day or was new, was very rude to me he spoke to me like I was not even a human being like I was stupid he spoke down to me and said in a very sarcastic tone the amount of money I offered to pay wasn't even that big a deal so why was I making a big deal about it, to some people that amount of money is the difference between eating that day or not it was what I have to pay. I asked to have a receipt mailed to me the man said he couldn't because there were no envelopes or paper in the law Office and they never mail anything. I then got Cassandra on the phone she was the nicest person I've ever spoken to in this type of sitiation, she treated me like a human being She said she would email me a receipt every time I paid and could not have been easier to speak to . I literally ended up paying 10 times what I offered to pay the 1st guy due to her just treating me like a human being. She was personable and didn't make me feel bad about myself for owing someone money. I explained I would pay more if I could but did not want to commit to an amount I might not have she said she understood .If you hire more people like her and less people like the 1st guy whose name I really wanna say you would probably do much better with your business treat people like human beings that's all we ask Everyone falls on hard times it doesn't make us bad people sometimes all we need is a kind word that can go long way thank you again Cassandra for being a beautiful human being and showing me respect. SHE IS WHY YOU GOT 5 STARS

Horrible rude people in this office!!! Especially a woman called Casandra. First they start harassing people that have nothing do with anything that they are inquiring about. And they are attorneys they should know not to harass people. Need to go back to law school or train your employees better.

It is pretty bad when you realize that everybody is only out to help if they can make a $1. I called this office because on the Google search it says that is what they deal in. In the 30 second conversation I had on the phone with the man that answered the phone, he was sarcastic and rude. I would look to another attorney that has empathy and/or willing to offer direction if possible to people even if it’s not a case for them.

This is a bad company.

This business ignored the terms of an agreement that were sent in writing. I made adjustments to a stipulation that they sent by proposing a new set of stipulations. They responded with a thank you to the terms and then at the end of the payment agreement asserted that they were entitled to the original stipulation terms that I directly disputed and stated that I would not agree to. They never disputed my terms in the beginning and gladly accepted each payment I made knowing that they were going to breach the aforementioned terms in the end. When I contacted them on this matter they refused to comment on this, stating that my original dispute in writing did not matter to them

Excellent customer service! Had the opportunity to speak with an attorney who understood my concerns. Highly recommend this firm!
