I hired Mr. Tawil to handle a civil citation that I was issued. Despite this only being a civil matter, he treated it with the same seriousness as if it were a more severe offense. Mr. Tawil was attentive and proactive. We met to develop a strategy on how to proceed. He then filed a motion to have my case transferred to a more favorable venue. I had a recent case that came up over late summer of 2022 that involved boating and was arrested by fwc .
