Unlike the big guys, where you're just a number, attorney Danko and his staff will take your case and customize their approach to fit your situation perfectly. They can accomplish this, because they take the time to get to know you and your situation and then draft a strategy to ensure your case is a success. Another huge advantage is that Danko worked on the other side, as an insurance adjuster for years, and knows what is possible and probable. Highly recommend!

Danko is an extremely skilled lawyer who takes his work personally and represented my mom after an accident. Initially, her injuries seemed minimal; however, years after the incident, more medical issues began to surface as a result of the initial injury. Medical bills piled up to an unimaginable level, and the insurance company refused to settle for an amount that would cover all the costs. Danko fought relentlessly and gave 110% effort to battle the insurance giant. His impressive knowledge of the internal workings of insurance companies, combined with thousands of emails, phone calls, and letters led to a settlement which covered all medical bills that my mom would have been stuck with had she accepted the initial settlement.
