April Hill helped my wife and I prepare our estate documents when we moved to Florida. April was not only professional, thorough and knowledgeable, she was also very personable and comfortable to work with. Her explanations of our options and choices were very clear, and she was very patient with our questions. The other attorneys in her office and all of her staff were delightful to work with. A special aspect of their practice is that, unlike most attorneys I have dealt with, they have fixed fees for their estate planning services. April has an awful attitude and severely lacks compassion

Jonathan Kinsella help me with settling my Mother's estate. He walked me through the process step by step. He never made me feel like any of my questions were dumb, and I had a lot of questions. He always returned my phone calls promptly and would make time to see me when needed. I found everyone at the law firm friendly and easy to deal with. There are certain times in life when having a trusted advisor on your side makes all the difference in the world. Fortunately, I was introduced to the Hill Law Group just prior to my world turning upside down. My father and I met with Jonathan Kinsella to formulate a plan for my mother’s long-term care that also protected my parents’ financial security. (My mother was bedridden and was suffering from a host of very serious health issues.) In a cruel twist of fate, my father died suddenly and unexpectedly about one month later, leaving me with myriad of questions as my family faced an uncertain future. Thankfully, I had Jonathan and the staff of the Hill Law Group on my side. He calmly walked me through my options and worked to get necessary legal documents in place as we formulated a new plan for my mother. Not only are the staff of Hill Law Group well-versed in all matters concerning elder care law, they are also very kind, compassionate, and honest. This was evidenced by Jonathan making a house call to meet my mother in person due to her very-limited mobility. He methodically explained options and reviewed documentation with her.
