I hired Mr. Kilfin after my wife falsely accused me of domestic abuse. I had already filed for divorce and this was her way of retaliating. I had a divorce lawyer but given the seriousness of the accusation believed I needed specialized counseling and representation. I was not disappointed! My wife made many false accusations in the domestic violence injunction against me, but everything was circumstantial. Recent events, especially in Florida, have made the case of defending against lies made by a wife/domestic partner very difficult to defend despite the evidence to bear. Mr Kilfin was an incredible ally and together we gathered enough evidence and, do to his outstanding ability to read and react to last minute circumstances and change of events, we beat the case against me.
