Ms. Scott was very professional from day one. But that's not the only thing that makes her great. Alexa understood what we were going through at the time was very difficult to handle in everyday life, let alone in a fight with our insurance company. She was passionate about getting us the results we desperately needed while being empathetic to our situation. If you are scared or intimidated about seeing an attorney, don't be. Just go see Ms. Scott. She is a real human being with a real heart. Would recommend her to everyone!
