I came to Donny in August 2015 with a felony VOP and a misdemeanor DUI (2nd in 5yrs). This was my second VOP and I was looking at a year in county jail. Donny went to work right away. He got me a hardship so I could continue driving while my cases played out. Then set a court date to satisfy my warrant on the VOP. We did a walk thru and convinced the judge to ROR me pending sentencing but that I come back with drug treatment under my belt and a good report. Three months later I am 90 plus days clean and sober and my felony probation was TERMINATED! Only with the help of Donny Kilfin and his amazing devotion to not only keep me out of jail but get me sober and on the road to a new, real life :)

Mr. Kilfin represented my son who was charged with multiple felony charges. He was looking at a substantial prison sentence. Mr. Kilfin was very through in his investigation of the charges. My son made some bad choices and he needed a good criminal defense laywer. He was charged 23 felonies. He was going to go to prison for 12 to 15yrs and being charged with even one felony would have ruined the rest of his life. Donnie was more than we could have ever hoped for. He never failed to talk us through it or call us back when we had a question or concern. He helped my son through this whole ordeal. He has made a big difference in my sons life, and mine. Hiring Mr Kilfin was the best decision I could have made to help my grandson.
