I work for a title company and needed help understanding some probate matters for a real estate closing. Jocelyn Smith got on the phone and called me to discuss the details of my request. Jocelyn took the time to not just answer all of my questions, but to also explain the probate process in a simple and concise way. I had a great experience with this law firm. I'm a first time home buyer. Veronica Anderson took her time and explained my mortgage paperwork with me where I understood everything. Veronica Anderson and Jacqueline was very knowledgeable. Always answered all of the questions that I had. I highly recommend this law firm. This is our year for grace and favor‼️

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I made an apportionment, filled out an intake form, and took the day off work only to have the attorney cancel on me last minute. This happened a total of 2 times. Extremely unprofessional. Perhaps lawyer was not taught punctuality and accountability in law school.

Anderson & Associates PA (Mrs. Dana Goza, Ms. Jackie) provided us with excellent customer service. Attonery Dana was excellent in helping us prepare our Last Will and Testament and Revocable Trust. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

It was our first time using their firm.

Still very early for me in the probate process, but Jocelyn Smith is a godsend and superhero.
Called me very quickly after an online inquiry, she eased a lot of my anxiety about the whole probate process after my father's death about 3 weeks ago.
She explained everything simply so that someone without a law background could understand.
She defends you and stands in your corner.
Couldn't have asked for a better person.
I'm looking forward to continuing to work with her the next 2-3 months.

I have been dealing with the Anderson and Associates office since Sept/October of last year when my Father passed away. Jocelyn, whom I worked with very closely every week almost has been extremely compassionate and helpful on every level I’ve needed through out this extremely emotional and complicated situation. I’ve spoken to Veronica the lead attorney at the office only once but she was very helpful and knowledgeable and I highly recommend their services.

Today I must have spoken to an angel. This lady was patient and kind and took out time to explain things to me that no other law office knew and I had spoken with several before speaking with them. They are very professional and knowledgeable.
