I Really need to let you know how important Vanstone law firm took my foreclosure seriously! When I first reached out to this law firm I was scared , overwhelmed and felt like I needed help and needed it quickly! I spoke to Heather and I could Barely talk! I was fumbling over my words literally because of the panic attacks! Heather assured me everything was going to be ok! Once being introduced to my Attorney Ayana Cruz, I not only felt that I had back up but she was aggressive! ( in my opinion something I felt like I needed to handle the very aggressive harassing opposing counsel! I literally had so many questions for Ayana Cruz! Not to mention the embarrassment of it all! I literally would ask her questions and she would answer the questions and with me being so afraid, I would ask her the same questions! No matter how idiotic the questions she was calm and very understanding and giving me legal professional answers! The monthly plan the law firm had me on was affordable! Alyssa Vanstone took excellent care of my case and my concerns while she was representing me. She was quick and efficient in her actions, and took great care to make sure my parental rights were secured during my case. I would recommend her to anyone in need of good representation.

Never in my life will I recommend this office, I pay almost 4 thousand dollars to try a modification, and the attorney Cruz lies me all the time, she said that signing a Quitclaim Deed was not enough to try the modification, and she argued with me telling ne many times about it, them I call to the bank and they tall me that I can modify my loan without any problem with a Quitclaim Deed signed and recorded. When I contacted them, they were really professional. Once I made the payment, the first thing that I heard was that if we had any misunderstanding between us, the defense would be withdrawn. I think they take control after the payment was made and make me feel with a handcuffs They just want the payment and take the better way for them, not for us. I don't recommend them at all , there are many Attorneys that are a lot better. I am building a statement to go to Florida Bar with all my concerns Do not call or pay this office
