Where does one begin.. No one ever wants to be faced with an auto accident, let alone late at night. I was traveling home, and a guy ran the light, causing 52k in damage to my 2023 Tesla Y. I was so angry but felt lucky to be alive. When I got home the following day, I felt the pain and faced questions about what to do. I am not all about suing, but for the first time, my mother advised me I should talk to someone. I already knew the guy who struck me didn't have much insurance, but I was fortunate I did. My husband said here are a few numbers and names I found of attorneys. I called a few of them, and with each, it was a call center. I wanted to be treated as a person, not a number. When I found Buckman and Buckman, I was a person! They cared solely about how I was feeling and who I needed to see next for my care. They answered the phone I think; over 9 months, I may have left 2 voicemails, and when that happened, I received a return call within 2 hours max. Customer service and truly caring about me mattered to them, and it showed. While I hope I am never placed in a situation needing an attorney again, if I need one, I won't look anywhere else.
