I would like to say that Maglio Christopher & Toale P.A. were a god send. They were able to accomplish what other law firms were not able to do. They took our case and carried it through to the end where other firms refused to even talk to us. The staff was helpful , friendly and made a scary process a great deal less stressful than it could have been. I highly recommend them to anyone needing legal help.

My association with this law firm has been somewhat indirect because they became involved after my initial attorney joined forces with this law firm. Together, with their law firm and some other attorneys involvement, my case was handled very professionally and with good results. Without their professional assistance and involvement, I do not believe I would have ever received the settlement I received. I sincerely appreciate what they have done for me and would definitely recommend their services to anyone !

Words can not express the Professionalism and empathy shown from everyone I had to correspond with in the Sarasota Office (espicially Erika Banfelder). My claim was handled with a sense of urgency, and I was kept abreast of any changes or documents that required my attention in a quick manner. When I say "they went to bat" for me...this Law Firm literally did just that. They persevered to bring the hard-nosed Manufacturer to settle and provide me some recompense for everything I had to endure which led to this suit. I pray that I don't have to use them again; however, if I ever find myself needing legal representation, the MC&T Law Firm will be sought out.

High level of communication. Easy to understand information, quick and timely. Progress updates were frequently shared with me. Honest appraisal of case, with realistic sense of completion timing. Proceeds distributed in a timely manner with a higher net percentage to me than expected. I entered into this process as a "last resort" and have been pleased with the the honesty, professionalism and integrity of this firm.
