I can't say enough good things about my experience with David Simon. He was kind, understanding, informative and spoke in terms that I could understand. Every time I called with questions, he or his staff would happily answer them. No question was insignificant. He won my case as he set out to do and changed positively changed my life! When I was rejected twice for disability, a friend’s husband who is a divorce attorney recommended Mr Simon because he’d heard about how successful he is - and he was absolutely right! Because of Mr. Simon’s expertise & extensive experience, it wasn’t even necessary to go to hearing after he provided specific questionnaires/evaluations for my Doctors to answer. After being denied twice by disability, my wife and I decided that for the hearing appeal we would bring in a lawyer to help us negotiate with SSDI. I say People in the title because I never felt like a case number. After a long wait for Social Security to hear my case (over two years) my husband and I decided I need to have a lawyer present at my hearing with me.
