Attorney Battaglia was the best! If they had a 10 star she would get it ! She was kind and understanding and always returned my calls or email in a timely and efficient manner. If you have been injured make the call to her you won't regret it. I can't thank Alyson enough, best ever!!

I met with Sean Flynn last week and found him to be extremely well versed in car accident representation. My brother was in a serious car accident and the insurance company refused to pay & reimburse him for so much of his medical & car expenses , that I would never recommend anyone go it alone against the insurance company.If you 're in an accident, hire a good attorney, hire Sean Flynn.

Alyson Battaglia handled a personal injury case for my wife recently. She did it with spirit - and class too. It took almost a year for the defendant insurance company to settle our case - but Alyson stuck with it the whole way through, and she didn't ask us for a dime during that year - and she never pushed us to settle or file suit either. The insurance company's settlement ended up being for less than half the actual medical bills...but Alyson negotiated the medical bills down enough to actually put some money in our pockets and to cover her own fee. Alyson more than earned her fee, which was reasonable to start with. I'm convinced we wouldn't have seen any of the settlement though, if we had worked with the insurance company on our own. Most attorneys cost money - but Alyson actually helped us to save money. We recommend her every chance we get.

I had a injury in June of 2017 that was at a facility that was clearly at fault. Grace took on my case and did all the leg work. She made the process as easy as it could be, considering it took almost 3 years to settle with the facilities insurance company.
