Honestly I sat in Awe watching this attorney go to work at my motion to suppress hearing. I watched him the whole time and saw not just his wisdom in the field but the passion he has in his line of work. I had a very odd case and was Leary if we could get it to be suppressed by the judge. But only Because I had Attorney Daniel representing Me his argument convinced the judge to suppress it. I am stress free of dealing with A DUI and probation!! I Would highly Recommend him if you are in Florida!

This guy... I though I was dead to rights to getting convicted of my 2nd DUI. I hired Mr Nawara and he went above and beyond any expectations. He subpoenaed the police dash cam video, and told me before court that we had a 40% chance of a dismissal. Went to court, he owned the cop who pulled me over, he owned the prosecuting attorney. The judge wanted to review the video again so I will post an update at another time. After leaving, it’s up to 75%
