They were very hostile to me when I arrived to the office with no appointment. I went to the office because I couldnt get a hold of him or their assistant.

Mrs. Tobaygo was an outstanding attorney. Extremely knowledgeable, great at communicating quickly, and truly cares about her clients. I can’t wait to get divorced again so I can work with her again. Highly recommend her to anyone who wants a straight shooter that gets results!!

Angela is the worst “lawyer”I’ve ever encountered. My firm has gone against 2 lawyers prior to Angela being the 3rd/ most current. She uses bullying/ intimidation tactics against opposing counsel because she isn’t capable of arguing Florida law and providing evidence. She only files to see what sticks. With her background she is well aware of state law yet disregards Florida law completely to the point I asked for her to be sanctioned in court and sent over to the bar. She is a liar. A manipulator and a bully. Nothing about her fights for the best interests of any child. She only cares about a paycheck and will file anything to get paid. There are way better firms and lawyers than her. She will not fight for your family or kids. Make sure you document everything from her and send her over to the attorney general and Florida bar.

I have nothing but good things to say about Angela. She worked diligently to find out the truth in my very complicated case. She not only uncovered the truth, but she stood up for what was right and made great suggestions to make our complicated situation better. She held so much compassion for my child and she did her absolute best to have my child’s voice heard. Angela is knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy. I would recommend her to anyone. We had a fantastic experience.

Divorce is a necessary and potentially unpleasant ordeal. In the event this is necessary, I am both relieved and proud to say that the personal, kind, and extremely prepared talents of Angela Tobaygo Esquire was what took this process quickly and comfortably to the finish line. This firm really made me feel both vindicated and happy, ending what was once a beautiful marriage to the successful conclusion that honored the truth and justice it deserved. I do not recommend Angela Tobaygo. She is terrible at communicating/answering questions. If you want a lawyer that will not care about you or your case, choose Angela Tobaygo. Your best bet is to look elsewhere!

Very disorganized and poorly communicates important details. Very prompt at sending the bill however and asking for payment. I’d suggest finding an attorney with better time management, a better attitude and most importantly, better representation.

The divorce process is stressful, mine was no exception. In my case however my biggest source of stress was with my own attorney. The opposing counsel had a plan, a strategy and completely controlled the case. Tobaygo Law just responded to the opposing council legal maneuvering. Communication with Tobago was atrocious , it would take weeks and in some cases over a month to return my calls or respond to my e mails. Tobaygo Law was often tardy in responding in responding to key documents such as the Marriage Separation Agreement . The late responses ultimately compromised my position. I often needed to do the work that should have been done by my lawyer because he simply was not addressing issues in a timely fashion. Throughout the process I often considered terminating my attorney but stuck it out because changing lawyers in the middle of a divorce would have delayed the process further and run up the cost. In retrospect, I should have replaced Tobaygo Law early in the process.
