Very disorganized and poorly communicates important details. Very prompt at sending the bill however and asking for payment. I’d suggest finding an attorney with better time management, a better attitude and most importantly, better representation.

The divorce process is stressful, mine was no exception. In my case however my biggest source of stress was with my own attorney. The opposing counsel had a plan, a strategy and completely controlled the case. Tobaygo Law just responded to the opposing council legal maneuvering. Communication with Tobago was atrocious , it would take weeks and in some cases over a month to return my calls or respond to my e mails. Tobaygo Law was often tardy in responding in responding to key documents such as the Marriage Separation Agreement . The late responses ultimately compromised my position. I often needed to do the work that should have been done by my lawyer because he simply was not addressing issues in a timely fashion. Throughout the process I often considered terminating my attorney but stuck it out because changing lawyers in the middle of a divorce would have delayed the process further and run up the cost. In retrospect, I should have replaced Tobaygo Law early in the process.

Sean has been an amazing advocate and always gives me the important information I need. My family law case is extremely complex but I know that I have an attorney who will see it to the end. I Highly Recommend Sean for any family law issues!
