Every time I had a question (which was a lot) she responded very quickly to my emails and I didn't ever feel lost in the shuffle. She is also taking care of a wayward creditor who just isn't getting the hint and has kept me in the loop along every step of the way.

We had a consultation with Ms. Ellis regarding our RV. Due to a medical hardship we can no longer drive it or make payments on loan.
