Great experience! The Law Office of Michael J Belle was unbelievable in helping me close on a small horse farm I sold to a couple from New York. My buyers made a decision to purchase the day they were flying back to New York City. Called Michael Belle to see if he could put together a contract before their flights in a few hours. Even though Michael and his paralegal were in closings that morning, he found time to work up a complete contract that my buyers and I were able to sign before they left. And I was under contract! On the scheduled closing day, I arrived to sign papers and no buyers were there as expected. Their flight from LaGuardia was cancelled! Now What? This was no problem for Michael Belle. He worked out getting their signatures remotely and payment arranged before I arrived. I was able to sign and finalize receipt of my wire payment at the scheduled meeting time…no waiting. The deal was closed on time! This deal had a few wild pitches thrown and Michael Belle and his staff wacked them out of the park efficiently, professionally and on time. It was like he had seen all this before... which I'm sure he has. If you have any real estate business or litigation issues where an attorney is recommended, I highly encourage you to use The Law Office of Michael J Belle if you want it handled correctly...no matter what.

Hiring a company to title company to close on a property it fine, however, if there are issues, you want an attorney to assist with those hiccups. Michael Belle PA is the real estate attorney you ought to choose. His staff, especially Jeremy Nichols go above and beyond!! They are the Extra in EXTRAordinary.

Unresponsive, lies, did not have proper service, rude manipulative on situations only to screw you over. Horrible 100% feel free to contact me for more details thank you I am a client let me break it down for you. I own the property from which the association board hired you from. Therefore I am part of the board that hired and awarded you the contract in essence I paid you to come and get paid by me. And I can assure you when the board again meets to discuss your contracted services. I can assure you next time around I will make sure bids are taken in. There is a process I’m sure you are aware of for bidding from which I seriously doubt has been happening in the past. You may be In-charge of enforcing rules but not even you can evade them. Minimum of 3 bids must be reviewed. Enjoy your stay 🤭
